1.GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 AREAS OF APPLICATION
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, the “CGV”) apply to any query or order made through the Internet site www.fhygge.com/ and derived addresses (hereinafter the “Site”) of Fhygge ®. domiciled at Carretera sant climent 81-4 Viladecans, with intra-community VAT number ES25480697D (hereinafter, Fhygge ®). These GCS apply to the purchase of goods that must be delivered anywhere in the world (hereinafter the “Products”). The confirmation of the order by the buyer implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTCS, which prevail over all previous versions or specifications emanating from the buyer, including the exchange of emails.

2.1 PRODUCT OFFERING
The Products are presented in accordance with legal recommendations and as accurately as possible.
There may be differences between the Products delivered and those represented on the Site or catalog, mainly with regard to Artisan Products, whose manufacturing homogeneity cannot be guaranteed, or those Products that have been subject to adaptations related to technical or technological developments. Such differences, since they do not influence the basic characteristics of the Products and do not affect their quality, cannot justify a cancellation of the order or a refusal of delivery. 2.2 ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

3.SHIPPING AND DEADLINES
At Fhygge we make our pieces by hand, each piece is unique and has its own process. That is why the term to have it ready is 10-15 business days, with this term we commit ourselves to give the highest quality and the best finish to each and every one of our pieces.
But there is an exception, we have some models of which we do have physical stock and we can send them to you in 5-7 business days.
Also note that some other products take a more painstaking lead time and we will advise that it can take 20-25 days to produce.

3.1 ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Spain: 1-2 business days
USA: 3-5 business days
Europe: 2-4 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks
Asia-Pacific: 1-2 weeks
We will do our best to meet the estimated shipping deadlines, but we cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company or customs.
3.2 SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are free within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain) for other places, during checkout the cost of each product will appear.
3.3 TARIFFS AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Buyers will pay any applicable customs duties and duties. At Fhygge we are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
4.CHANGES AND RETURNS
The time for any exchange or return of our product for a personal reason is 15 days from when you receive it.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED:
The CUSTOMIZED Products are products that have been manufactured especially for you, following the specifications that you have indicated. The same sales conditions apply to CUSTOMIZED Products as to any other Product, excluding the right of withdrawal provided for in condition 4 given that CUSTOMIZED Products are unique and therefore we cannot replace them, nor sell them to a different customer. On the contrary, the after-sales guarantee will apply to them in the event that the delivered product arrives damaged in the terms provided in condition 5.
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at “FHYGGE” within 15 days from the date of receipt.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with all the labels attached, in its original packaging and with any other promotional product included. Like when you received it, without having been used or tampered with.
For the management of returns, the client will send the package with the courier company of their choice and postage at their expense.
If the exchange or return is made in our physical store, it will be free.

It is important that when packing the item there is no damage to the original packaging. In the event that it is returned without said original packaging or with damage, the amount that will be paid to the customer for the return of the product will be reduced by the amount that corresponds according to the status of the returned product.
Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase.
If the exchange or return comes from Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or International, both the return costs and the customs and local taxes will be the responsibility of the client.
If the product does not correspond to the order placed by the customer, “fhygge” will bear all costs. To carry out any management it will be necessary to present the original purchase invoice issued by «fhygge». No shipment of merchandise will be made until the item to be returned has been received in our warehouse and it has been verified that it returns in perfect condition. Once we have contacted the client, we will proceed to collect the product, totally free, and the incident will be processed.
When the consumer and user have exercised the right of withdrawal, we will refund the sums paid without retention of expenses.
The return of these sums will be made without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which we have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract by the consumer and user.
5. DAMAGED PACKAGES
Customers must verify the internal content of the package in front of the courier at the time of delivery. All shipments are covered by insurance, but if this task is not done, we cannot claim the shipping company. Fhygge will not be responsible for it.

– Do not open the package until you have taken a photo of the package. (Photo must be taken to see the entire package. You must also see the shipping label)
– Photo of the label.

– Remove the packaging and take a photo of the entire piece.
